Early Work displays a plethora of experimental designs that showcase an exposé of beading and chainmail techniques. Cross stitch Levantine embroidery motifs are translated into wired tablets that mimic original patterns in bead counts and colors. Playful combinations of deep jewel-tone woven bead discs are presented with leather cords of adjustable lengths. Semi precious stones contrast with cast matt silver components in malleable and easy to wear chokers. Bead lace necklaces are sizable yet delicate. Childlike drawings of houses, stick figures and people are expressed in lightweight earrings.
